Shared Project Documents

Use this page to share work documents. You must have a login and permission to upload files.

To upload and share files:

1. Log in with your username / password.
2. Click "Edit" tab above. (If you do not see the Edit tab, you do not have permission to upload files.)
3. Go to "File Attachments" and attach new file.
4. Enter a user-friendly name in box next to the uploaded file listed (the default is the file name).
5. To make public, click "List" box next to uploaded file. (If you do not want to make the file public, just point directly to the URL of the uploaded file. The file URL is listed under the Description field.)
6. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save changes.
